髭マスターに左右どちらかの耳上の髪の毛を短くカットされる
（去年はバリカンで頭半分切られました
）
６月２１日は夏至らしく夜はキャンドルで過ごすのがいいらしいですよ
うちのスタッフの中に外国人になりたいと常に言っている方がいらっしゃるので
お勧めしようかなと思います
あとは梅
梅酒、梅干し、・・・梅の調理の仕方はたくさんあります
「 梅は三毒を断つ 」 と言われるくらい体、美に関しては良いと思うので
まずは身体の内面からキレイにして
さらに髪の毛もキレイにしにこれれてはいかがでしょうか
